Jim, a resource like this would be great for Beverly Hills, CA. I know BlockShopper is leading the race in terms of making this public information available across the United States in major real estate markets.

Can you advise if the foreclosure timeline is different in a situation where a family filed Chapter 7 and was discharged - has been paying on a mortgage they did not (evidently) reaffirm? Thanks so much for the information.

Hi! I had the same problem! The timeshare my husband and I use to have a couple years ago gave us a "mortgage interest" for one out of the three years that we had it, but our preparer told us to ignore it because it wasn't important. That didn't work out too great! I would like to know if any of you have been able to get your money yet! I have been fighting with the IRS for over 8 months and even had my '07 and '08 audited, notice that they ignore my '09! And we are still being denied. I don't know what to do now. Any ideas would help!
Thanks
