  • Gain a basic understanding of the CCIOA statute, including Senate Bill 100, Senate Bill 89 and other related statute amendments as related to a Colorado Real Estate transaction
  • Gain a basic understanding of the responsibilities of the agents, sellers and buyers as related to HOAs, CICs, and CCIOA
