Here is a one year trend graph of 30 year fixed mortgage rates. We experienced unbelievably low mortgage rates the first part of 2009.  My prediction for second half of 2009 is for rate to stay fairly stable in the mid 5% range.  What do you think?  Please post a comment and let me know.
